Thanks again. I'm binge watching your videos. 😂👊🍻💪
I am on day four of therapy with antibiotics and am experiencing horrific side effects including extreme anxiety. I am not sure I will make it through another 10 days of this. I'd like to kill the bacteria naturally but am so afraid of reversing any progress I've made so far. My stomach is feeling better with the antibiotics but the nausea and anxiety are so bad I want to throw in the towel. Before I took the antibiotics, I was getting horrible swelling and burning pain under the ribcage and bouts of malaise that made me feel like I was dying. If I were to stop the antibiotics, what would I need to do initially to keep the progress? I am attempting to sprout broccoli seeds but it is taking forever. They just started budding.
Great info but is the fasting helpful to those of us with Gastritis from H. Pylori's? I've been on the fence about this.
So i really want to do fasting again… but I am scared, the last fast caused me to go into DKA and lead to Metabolic acidosis. What would you recommend?
thank you for this info doctor Legrand! you are the best!!💖
Thanks Dr. LeGrand for another informative vid. Much appreciated. Cheers!!
